Dosing of liquid additives

The equipment installed by MASISTE offers a wide range of systems for the dosing of additives and colouring pigments applicable to different sectors of industry, concrete, mortars, paints, food, chemicals, etc.
Our technology allows the dosing of liquids by volume, weight, time or by means of flow metering. By integrating our own dosing systems as well as those of other manufacturers, MASISTE can integrate the dosing of additives at any time within the mixing sequence.

Volumetric additive dosing units
We manufacture and supply liquid dosing equipment by means of impulsion pump, with counting by means of impulse volumetric counters adapted to the different types of product, densities, viscosities and accuracies. We also have electric gear pump dosers, pneumatic pump dosers, dosers for product inspection, continuous dosers by means of peristaltic pump, electronic equipment for dosing control and magnetic counters, oval wheels, nutating discs, etc.
Liquid additive scales
We manufacture liquid dosing scales for one or several products. We supply pumping equipment for filling and emptying the different products, with dimensions and characteristics adapted to the needs of the product and in accordance with criteria of volume, weight, density, viscosity or precision. The products are dosed individually on the same scale on transparent glasses that allow the products to be seen, incorporating level sensors for safe dosing. Manufactured inside an industrial cabinet, to guarantee their precision and durability as they are not exposed to external agents such as wind, water, dust, etc. The supplies include the possibility of incorporating load cells and indicators with O.I.M.L. certification, which allow the scale to be certified.
Flowmeters
We supply flow measurement equipment for various industrial applications: magnetic flowmeters, turbine flowmeters, oval wheel flowmeters, nutating disc flowmeters, turbine meters and ultrasonic flowmeters.
Electronic control equipment for dosing
At Masiste, as an automation company, we develop specific electronic equipment for the control and dosing of solid and liquid products, either by volume, flow or weight. These equipments have the possibility of manual, semi-automatic or automatic dosing with communication to production control systems.
