Masiste develops and distributes mobile weighing systems for products and vehicles wherever they are located. The mobile weighing systems allow, by means of electronic, autonomous and automatic systems, to carry out weighing with great speed, precision and control. At Masiste we provide our customers with wheel weighing platforms, weighing pallet trucks and weighing hooks for cranes.
Forklift weighing
Forklift weighing systems are equipment that are installed on forklifts, warehouse machines, etc., this integrated system allows us to perform a weighing on the equipment itself either moving or lifting it. These mobile weighing systems reduce costs in certain passages due to the savings in movement times of loading from the location of the loads to the scale and back to their storage destination. Thanks to its viewers with the option of printers or sending data via wireless network, it is possible to control the weights of the products in our warehouse from the forklift truck, being these recorded on a ticket or in digital format.
Weighing pallet trucks
Masiste's electronic hand pallet trucks allow great precision and time saving weighing. With 4 load cells, IP65/IP68/ATEX protection depending on the version, power supply via mains adapter and the option of a thermal printer for ticket printing make them suitable for your activity or industry. Masiste offers you a weighing pallet truck equipped with the new DFW series integrated weight indicator and a program that guarantees the user a simple access to the main operating modes. Maximum lifting capacity: 2000 kg and weight 110 kg. The pallet trucks have 4 load cells, backlit weight indicator and the possibility of configuration, calibration and diagnostics from keyboard or PC with DINITOOLS. Its operating modes are net/gross, lb/kg conversion, weight totalisation, formulation, weighing in percentage or piece counting among others.
Weighing hooks
The digital crane scales for cranes and industrial applications have a light and reliable dynamometer. Professional, simple and reliable, with a protective case for transport, they are ideal for lifting and weighing loads. With backlit LCD display and accuracy +/- 0.03% MAX, its 5 keys: Zero, Semi-Automatic or Preset Tare, Mode, Print and On/Off give you full control of the weighing hooks remotely. Weighing hooks can be used in net/gross, lb/kg conversion, free conversion factor (litre counting, meter counting...), total weights, formulation, weighing in percent, piece counting, percentage dosing with programmable target, peak and peak weight detection, Newton-kg conversion... Easily perform weight control at product input and output, inventories, stock weighing, order checking, load controls, exact weight measurement for ships, etc.
Wheel Weighing Systems
Masiste wheel weighing systems consist of a set of 2 low profile wheel weighing platforms, connected to a digital weight indicator to configure vehicle weighing systems for static and/or dynamic weighing (for all vehicles approved for road circulation). With IP66 or IP68 protection guarantee, they can be installed on the ground or flush-mounted. Easy to install and use, the weight per platform ranges from 12 Kg to 41 Kg depending on the version and capacity, with total capacity from 1,500 kg to 20,000 kg. Masiste offers two wheel weighing systems: 800x350 mm (Dimensions of the weighing surface: 800 x 350 mm - Capacities from 10,000 to 20,000 kg per platform - Weight of each platform: 23 kg) and 882x500 mm (Dimensions of the weighing surface: 882 x 500 mm - Capacities from 10,000 to 20,000 kg per platform - Weight of each platform: 38 kg).
