Silo and hopper filters

Silo and hopper filters

Masiste's wide range of silo and hopper filters includes round and polygonal dust collectors, ventilation filters for silos and hoppers as well as cleaning systems for smoke dust filters.

The filters in silos and hoppers separate the dust from the air flow by means of a special system of POLYPLEAT cartridges with ABSOLUTE filter fabric, returning the residues to the inside of the silo by means of the pneumatic cleaning system integrated inside the weather protection cover of the filter.

The silo and hopper filters, with their compact and accessible design, have a high filtration efficiency, are equipped with a compressed air jet cleaning unit and allow the filter elements to be changed without the need for tools.

Masiste's silo and hopper filters are widely used in the construction sector (filters for concrete, mortar, precast, cement, lime, plaster, asphalt, bricks, ceramics and marble plants), food (flour milling, rice, animal feed, salt, sugar, spices...) and the plastic and chemical sectors (processing and recycling of plastics and rubber, fertilisers, pesticides, herbicides, detergents, paints, resins, etc.).

Cartridge filters

Cartridge filters

Masiste cartridge filters allow a fluid to circulate under pressure inside a cartridge holder in which the filtering cartridges are housed, retaining contaminating particles inside. The cartridge filters are manufactured with different materials depending on the fluids to be filtered and the desired filtering quality. The cartridge filters are easily replaceable by new filters due to their continuous wear.

Bag filters

Bag filters

Masiste bag filters allow the separation of solid and gas for the removal of solid particles from a gaseous stream by passing it through a fabric. The bag filters distributed by Masiste collect high loads of particles resulting from industrial processes in the mining, energy, steel, cement, glass, wood and paper, pharmaceutical and chemical industries... The bag filters used by Masiste customers are classified according to their filtration area, air volume capacity, module height and filter size.
