Concrete management equipment and software

Concrete management equipment and software

The management and control of the production process of concrete, aggregates, asphalt and gravel-cement is widely developed in today's technological industry. MASISTE develops and installs a wide range of products from the main brands on the market today, achieving the highest level of automation and control of the machinery in its production process, thus ensuring quality control and traceability of the final product in compliance with current regulations.

Our activity is based on a wide experience in the execution of installations of all types of multiplatform systems, achieving connectivity and integration in the ERP systems of the final client, to obtain maximum operability and versatility.

Sahra

The SAHRA system for the Control and Management of plants, offers the greatest technological advances in automated systems used in the sector, highlighting the robustness, reliability and quality of its system. Developed entirely with components from leading brands in the world market with Siemens PCs and industrial PCs with Fan Less technology, which guarantees the reliability and durability of the systems even when working in the most extreme environments. SAHRA fully integrates production management with the powerful Scada WINCC and TIA PORTAL software from Siemens that manages, formulas, trucks, works, customers, orders and delivery notes, lists, production statistics, raw material control, stock, with data export and connectivity to SQL Server and Office files. SAHRA is the unification of the most powerful automated systems on the market, with the experience that MASISTE has acquired over the years in plant management. Its main features are:
  • Integrated Management and Control System.
  • Siemens control and management PLC.
  • Manual and automatic control.
  • Global parameterisation of all plant elements.
  • Control options for optimum operation (dynamic drop veins, weight compensation, double speed, silo change, humidity probe control...).
  • Cement Stock Control.
  • System and Process Alarms.
  • Users Control.
  • Languages: English, Spanish, French.

Conex

It is a system developed and oriented to the automation of industrial processes, with a strong implantation in the auxiliary industries of cement derivatives, such as concrete and precast concrete plants. It is a multiplatform system designed to work with operating systems such as Windows.

The management software is designed to operate in LOCAL mode or in CLIENT/SERVER format, the latter operating under TCP/IP network, which allows it to operate both intranets and on the Internet, with the lower communication costs that this entails. It has databases of clients, works, drivers, lorries, suppliers, formulas, inputs and outputs of raw materials, stock, orders, production delivery notes and environments. Lists of clients, works, formulas, trucks, suppliers, etc. Supply reports by client - site - formula, raw material receipts, consumption report, raw material movements. Loading reports by delivery note and by delivery time, general transport activity (lorry - number plate - number).

Conex software has versions for concrete, aggregates, asphalt and allows integration with other software of the family related to quality control and laboratory management for concrete.

The hardware has a modular CAN network technology that allows communication with the different peripherals such as the M3 microprocessor, digital and analogue input and output modules, communication with humidity probes, weather stations, weighbridges for trucks, silo weighing, etc.

Gestec NET

The Gestec NET software is a web application developed basically in .NET for the management and control of concrete and mortar plants, which uses the SQL Server Express program for data management and processing, whose licence can be obtained free of charge. This web application, in order to connect to the plant programme, only requires a PC connected to the Internet and to be enabled as a user in the system. This allows queries or records management (customer risk, truck data, delivery notes...) remotely, without being physically present in the plant.

Thanks to the program Replica NET, the databases of the different plants are replicated in the program Gestec NET Server and vice versa, having the same records in the plants as in the server, having the possibility to consult and maintain the data of the plants through a connection with the program Gestec NET Server.

The concrete batching plant always works against its local database, so that in the event of a connection failure with the server, the plant can continue to operate without affecting production. Once communication has been re-established, there is an immediate and automatic synchronisation and updating of the data in the plant and on the server. To control and monitor the status of the plants remotely, a synoptic has been setup in a Web environment that allows the client, with prior authorisation, to see in real time and remotely what the selected plants are doing (scale indicators, loading elements and dosing errors, production, formulation, jobs, clients, etc.).

Cold Fire

The Cold Fire control system is used for the automation of the manufacturing process of continuous concrete, gravel, cement and soil plants. It is based on microprocessor technology with touch screen, SDRAM memory, Ethernet connection, CAN communication bus and RS485/RS232 and USB ports and control capacity for 8 scales.

The system can operate from the control cabinet, through connection to a Schneider PLC or from a remote computer that sends the dosing orders and carries out the control and management of the plant's production. In this computer resides the administration program that allows the administrative control of the plant, being able to connect at the same time with the central to automate the processes of invoicing and control of the same. The equipment is designed to be incorporated into any control desk or control cabinet.

Its electronics are prepared to operate in the most adverse environments, which are common in this type of industrial plants. Given its versatility, this equipment is present in large works in concrete plants, gravel-cement plants, railway weighbridges and special executions of access control to car parks.
